  1. The Gockey ball is dropped into the playing area at the center red dot to begin the game:









     
  2. The players must have both hands on the Gockey stick at all times.












     
  3. Gockey stick must be in motion on playing surface horizontally at all times when
    inside players own black line.  Players may rest Gockey stick in the neutral area
    between the two black lines.











     
  4. Gockey players are not allowed to goal tend [block net with Gockey stick.]










     
  5. Gockey players stick is not allowed to cross over opponents black line.
    Game is played only from each end of the arena, not from the sides.







     

If a player is caught in violation of any of these rules, the opponent is awarded
a penalty shot.

Penalty Shot:
The penalty shot must be taken from inside the players own black line and they
must bank the Gockey ball off either side wall when taking their penalty shot.
During the penalty shot the opponent cannot defend, game resumes once ball hits
back wall.

Option:
Players can make up their own scoring system.  Example:  Best out of three,
best out of five.
