All games are manufactured in Canada and shipped throughout the U.S. via the distribution center in F.O.B. Niagara Falls, New York. Unless specifically requested, all shipments are made via "ground" truck transport. It takes on average 4 to 6 weeks from the order date to the delivery date. We do not offer a guaranteed "Deliver By" date because we are at the mercy of the delivery companies. If the game arrives damaged, please advise us so the problem can be resolved. If the game is overdue [more than 10 working days] please advise and we will request tracking.
With appropriate set-up, care and maintenance Gockey is designed to last several years. Like any other sport game, the true period will depend on the handling by the user. Gockey functions and performs as a fast paced competitive sports game, according to the statements and product claims made in the promotional material. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the game is set-up according to the enclosed instructions. The manufacturer's warranty covers product workmanship
and quality for a period of one year. In other words, from the time
the game is received, the contents will be replaced at no charge if the
customer can show that the contents malfunctioned or broke due to poor
quality. This warranty is void if the customer damages the contents, due to improper use. In particular, this applies to the melamine, which has to be handled "cautiously" according to the set-up and dismantling instructions. The game has a 1-year warranty.
If a customer would like to return an "unopened" game they must: 1. Call 1-888-228-9864 and request a return authorization.
After the game has arrived in satisfactory condition at the warehouse, the customer will have their credit card account credited. If a customer desires to return an "opened but unused game" they must do the same as above, but there will be a 20% re-stocking fee to cover the manufacturer's cost to check and re-pack the product in a new box. The will be no refund if the components have been used. There are no returns on "used games". The customer has the option to "re-sell" the game locally through the newspaper or other forms of advertising.
