Delivery

All games are manufactured in Canada and shipped throughout the U.S. via the distribution center in F.O.B. Niagara Falls, New York.

Unless specifically requested, all shipments are made via "ground" truck transport.

It takes on average 4 to 6 weeks from the order date to the delivery date.

We do not offer a guaranteed "Deliver By" date because we are at the mercy of the delivery companies.

If the game arrives damaged, please advise us so the problem can be resolved.

If the game is overdue [more than 10 working days] please advise and we will request tracking.
